Title
To amend the Institutional (Special Purpose) District Master Plan of the Philadelphia Presbytery Homes and Services for the Aging for the construction of an addition to house the Witherspoon Senior Apartments.
 
Body
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
 
SECTION 1.  Pursuant to Section 14-304(4) of The Philadelphia Code, Institutional (Special Purpose) Master Plan of the Philadelphia Presbytery Homes and Services for the Aging is hereby amended by allowing for the construction of a 2-story addition, resulting in approximately 73,122 net gross floor area total, to be used for apartments for low income seniors, as set forth in attached Exhibit “A”, which is on file with the Chief Clerk's Office, and a copy of which is attached hereto for reference.
 
SECTION 2.  This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
