Transmitting a resolution approving the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the New Kensington - Fishtown Urban Renewal Area, designated as Parcel Nos. 90, 91, 92, 93, 94 & 95 also sometimes identified by respective house number and street address for Parcel No. 90 as 2178 East Cumberland street, for Parcel No. 91 as 2045-2047 East Dauphin street, for Parcel No. 92 as 243|1013| East Firth street, for Parcel No. 93 as 2417 East Firth street, for Parcel No. 94 as 2209 East Gordon street and for Parcel No. 95 as 2064-2066 East York street; authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with New Kensington Community Development Corporation and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Executive Director of the Redevelopment Authority.
