WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia (hereinafter "Redevelopment Authority") has prepared and submitted an urban renewal plan and a redevelopment proposal for the redevelopment of the New Kensington - Fishtown Urban Renewal Area, (hereinafter "New Kensington - Fishtown"), which said plan and proposal were approved by Ordinance of the Council on June 13, 1997, as amended; and

WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority has prepared a redevelopment contract for a portion of the New Kensington - Fishtown, designated as Parcel No. 55B also sometimes identified by respective house number and street address as 304 East Girard Avenue (hereinafter "Parcel"). The area of said Parcel is bounded as follows:

Disposition Parcel No. 55B (304 East Girard avenue).

ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground located in the Eighteenth Ward of the City of Philadelphia situate on the southeasterly side of East Girard avenue at the distance of twenty seven feet from the northeasterly side of Marlborough street; Containing in front or breadth on Girard avenue twenty seven feet extending of that width in length or depth southeastward between parallel lines at right angles to said Girard street, the northwesterly line thereof along the northwesterly side of said Marlborough street a distance of forty feet.
