Transmitting a resolution approving the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the Model Cities Urban Renewal Area, designated as Parcel Nos. 142, 143, 144, 145 & 146 also sometimes identified by house numbers and street addresses for Parcel No. 142 as 1810 North Eighteenth street, for Parcel No. 143 as 1814 North Eighteenth street, for Parcel No. 144 as 1818 North Eighteenth street, for Parcel No. 145 as 1822 North Eighteenth street and for Parcel No. 146 as 1824 North Eighteenth street and authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with Habitat for Humanity - North Central Philadelphia and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Executive Director of the Redevelopment Authority.
