THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to the owner of the property identified below, currently, 6618 CASTOR ASSOCIATES, LLC (the "Owner"), to install, own, and maintain an encroachment at the Property, as follows:

Encroachment Description:

Property: 6618 Castor Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19149 D/B/A Tio Pepe

A total of eleven (11) tables and twenty-two (22) seats for a sidewalk caf? will be located along the south sidewalk of Fanshawe Street and the west sidewalk of Castor Avenue along the property line of 6618 Castor Avenue written in two parts:

Part 1
Five (5) tables and ten (10) seats will be located adjacent to the building of 6618 Castor Avenue and will encroach a distance of approximately six feet (6'-0") towards the north along the south footway of Fanshawe Street starting from a point approximately twenty-nine feet one inch (29'-1") west of the Castor Avenue west curbline to a point approximately twenty-two feet ten inches (22'-10") farther west leaving a minimum six feet (6'-0") of clear unobstructed footway.

Part 2
Six (6) tables and twelve (12) seats will be located adjacent to the building of 6618 Castor Avenue and will encroach a distance of approximately ten feet (10'-0") towards the east along the west footway of Castor Avenue starting from a point approximately seventeen feet four inches (17'-4") south of the Fanshawe Street south curbline to a point approximately nineteen feet two inches (19'-2") farther south leaving a minimum ten feet (10'-0") of clear unobstructed footway.

SECTION 2. The construction, use and maintenance of the Encroachment described and listed in Section 1 shall be in accordance with the laws, rules and regulations of the City of Philadelphia, and specifically those of the Department of Licenses and ...
