Authorizing encroachments in the nature of a sidewalk café in the vicinity of 544 E. Girard Ave., under certain terms and conditions.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to the owner of the property identified below, currently, 221 EAST GIRARD LLC or the owner’s designee (the “Owner”), to install, own, and maintain an encroachment at the Property, as follows:
Encroachment Description:
Property: 544 E. Girard Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19125 D/B/A Impresso Coffee
A total of four (4) tables and nine (9) seats for a sidewalk café will be located along the east sidewalk of Montogomery Avenue along the property line and the south sidewalk of East Girard Avenue along the property line of 544 East Girard Avenue written in two parts:
Part 1
Three (3) tables and six (6) seats for a sidewalk café will be located along the property line of 544 East Girard Avenue and will encroach a distance of approximately three feet (3’-0”) towards the east along the west footway of Montogomery Avenue starting from a point approximately twenty feet five inches (20’-5”) south of the East Girard Avenue south curbline to a point approximately fifteen feet five inches (15’-5”) farther south leaving a minimum six feet (6’-0”) of clear unobstructed footway.
Part 2
One (1) table and three (3) seats for a sidewalk café will be located along the property line of 544 East Girard Avenue and will encroach a distance of approximately four feet (4’-0”) towards the north along the south footway of East Girard Avenue starting from a point approximately eighteen feet seven inches (18’-7”) west of the west curbline to a point approximately seven feet (7’-0”) farther west leaving a minimum eight feet (8’-0”) of clear unobstructed footway.
SECTION 2. The construction, use and maintenance of the Encroachments described and listed in Section 1 shall be in accordance with the laws, rules and regulations of the City of Philadelphia, ...
