THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to Muhammed Shaukat, 6650 Kindred Street, Philadelphia, PA 19149, owner of the newsstand located on the southwest corner of 10th Street and Market Street to construct, use and maintain:

(a) electrical service is to be provided by a two inch (2") diameter PVC conduit. Starting at the westside of an existing newsstand, in the south footway of Market Street, located approximately seventy-one feet (71') west of the west curbline of S. 10th Street and two feet (2') south of the south curbline of Market Street, the conduit proceeds northwesterly beneath the south footway of Market Street for approximately two feet (2') and connects to an existing PECO underground electrical service conduit located approximately seventy-three feet (73') west of the west curbline of S. 10th Street and one foot six inches (1'-6") south of the south curbline of Market Street.

(b) phone service is to be provided by a two inch (2") diameter PVC conduit. Starting at the eastside of an existing newsstand, in the south footway of Market Street, located approximately sixty-one feet (61') west of the west curbline of S. 10th Street and two feet (2') south of the south curbline of Market Street, the conduit proceeds east beneath the south footway of Market Street for approximately thirty-three feet (33') and connects to an existing VERIZON underground telephone service conduit located approximately twenty-eigh...
