WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia (hereinafter "Redevelopment Authority") has prepared and submitted an urban renewal plan and a redevelopment proposal for the redevelopment of the 51st and Baltimore Urban Renewal Area, (hereinafter "51st and Baltimore"), which said plan and proposal were approved by Ordinance of the Council on December 28, 1995; and
WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority has prepared a redevelopment contract for a portion of 51st and Baltimore designated as Parcel No. 1, also identified by house number and street address as 5004 Baltimore avenue (hereinafter the "Property"). The area of said Property is bounded as follows:
Parcel No. 1 (5004 Baltimore avenue).
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground with the buildings and improvements thereon erected in the Fifty-first Ward of the City of Philadelphia, situate on the northwesterly side of Willows avenue (eighty feet wide) at a distance of thirty eight feet southwestward from the southwesterly side of North Fiftieth street; Containing in front or breadth on said Willows avenue eighteen feet and extending of that width in length or depth northwestward between parallel lines at right angles to said Willows avenue on the northeasterly line thereof sixty seven feet and on the southwesterly line thereof seventy nine feet four inches to a point on the southerly side of Baltimore avenue (eighty f...
