Transmitting a bill authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 231 by striking from the City Plan certain unopened portions of Umbria Street from Leverington Avenue to Wright Street and placing on the City Plan Old Umbria Street and Hermitage Street within the lines of the portion of Umbria Street being stricken, all in order to conform more closely to existing conditions.
