Transmitting a bill authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan Nos. 314 and 356 by placing on the Plan an extension of Tinicum Boulevard from its existing terminus at EightyStreet to Bartram Avenue, striking from the City Plan and vacating the legally open portions of Tinicum Avenue from EightyStreet northeastwardly to its terminus, striking from the City Plan and vacating EightySixth Street from Bartram Avenue to Tinicum Boulevard and from Tinicum Boulevard to Tinicum Avenue, and placing on the City Plan a right of way for public utility purposes within a portion of EightyStreet being stricken; and authorizing the opening of the extension of Tinicum Boulevard through City property; all under certain terms and conditions.
