THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1: Pursuant to Section 12-203 of the Philadelphia Code, the following one-way regulation is hereby established:
Ryan Avenue, between Leon Street and Frankford Avenue, one-way eastbound.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect upon placement of signage consistent with this Ordinance.
