THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

      SECTION 1.      Section 1 (b) of an Ordinance (Bill No. 000374) approved August 11, 2000, is hereby amended as follows:

(b)      By placing on the City Plan a dead end turn around on the [easterly] westerly side of Chang street from a point approximately eighty (80) feet north of Poplar street to a point approximately fifty-nine (59) feet northwardly therefrom, having a width of twelve (12) feet.
