THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Chapter 9-600 of The Philadelphia Code is amended to read as follows:

            TITLE 9. REGULATION OF BUSINESSES, TRADES AND PROFESSIONS.
