THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. The following two-way regulation is hereby established:

30th Street between Chestnut Street and Walnut Street two-way northbound and southbound.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect  ninety (90) days after becoming law
