Transmitting a resolution approving the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the Model Cities Urban Renewal Area, designated as Parcel Nos. 485, 486, 487, 488 & 489 also sometimes identified by house numbers and street addresses for Parcel Nao. 458 as 1901-1921 Ridge avenue including 1248 North Nineteenth street for Parcel No. 486 as 1929 -35 Ridge avenue including 1909-1913 West Thompson street and 1300 & 1306-1310 North Nineteenth street, for Prcel No. 487 as 1939-1949 Ridge avenue, for Parcel No. 488 as 1301-1303 North nineteenth street and for Parcel No. 489 as 1316-1318 North Nineteenth street; authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with Girard Affordable Homes L.P. and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Executive Director of the Redevelopment Authority.
