SECTION 1.      The following parking regulation is hereby terminated:

Two-Hour Parking

8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.

(Except Saturday and Sunday)

Watts street, east side, Ritner street to Porter street.

SECTION 2.      The following parking regulation is hereby established:

Two-Hour Parking

7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M.

(Except Saturday and Sunday)

Watts street, east side, Ritner street to Porter street.
