THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:


SECTION 1. Title 3 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

§3-307 Fees.
(1) Installation Permits. The fee shall be as follows:

(a) Boilers, Warm Air Furnaces, and Hot Water Heaters:

(.1) Where the rated capacity is
20,000,000 BTU per hour or less . . . . . [$50.00] $65.00

(.2) Where the rated capacity is
over 20,000,000 BTU per hour . . . . . [$100.00] $125.00
