Approving the redevelopment contract of the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the West Philadelphia Redevelopment Area identified by house number and street address as 1410 North Fifty-sixth street; and authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with Emma McDonald and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract.

WHEREAS, In accordance with the provisions of the Urban Redevelopment Law, being the Act of May 24, 1945, P.L. 991, as amended and supplemented, the City Planning Commission of the City of Philadelphia has on August 20, 1963, certified the West Philadelphia Redevelopment Area as a redevelopment area and has completed a detailed redevelopment area plan for the West Philadelphia Redevelopment Area dated March 16, 1962, as amended (hereinafter "West Philadelphia"); and
WHEREAS, The Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority (hereinafter "Redevelopment Authority") has prepared a redevelopment contract for a portion of West Philadelphia, identified by house number and street address as 1410 North Fifty-sixth street (the "Property"). The area of the Property is bounded as follows:
1410 North Fifty-sixth street.
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground situated in the Fourth Ward of the City of Philadelphia beginning at a point on the west side of Fifty-sixth street (fifty feet wide) at the distance of sixty feet northward from the north side of Master street (fifty feet wide) to a point on the north side of a certain two feet six inches wide alley that extends eastward into the said Fifty-sixth street and westward into lthan street (forty feet wide); Containing in front or breadth on the said Fifty-sixth street fifteen feet six inches and extending of that width in length or depth westward between parallel lines at right angles to the said Fifty-third street sixty feet to a point in the middle of a certai...
