Body
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILALDEPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to the owners of the property identified below, currently, NATHAN ROSS and SAMUEL LYNAGN, LLC (the "Owners"), to install, own, and maintain a Streetery in the Right-of-Way adjacent to such property (the "Streetery") as follows:

Property: 782-84 S 3rd St, Philadelphia, PA 19147 (the "Property")

Streetery Description:
A total of eleven (11) tables and twenty-two (22) seats will be located adjacent to the north curb line of 782-84 South 3rd Street in the parking lane and will encroach a distance of approximately seven feet (7'-0") towards the south along the north cartway of Catharine Street starting from a point approximately forty feet (40'-0") west of the South 3rd Street west curbline to a point approximately thirty-six feet (36'-0") farther west.

SECTION 2. The construction, use, and maintenance of the Streeteries described and listed in Section 1 shall be in accordance with the laws, rules and regulations of the City of Philadelphia, and specifically those of the Department of Licenses and Inspections, the Department of Streets, and the Art Commission.

SECTION 3. Notwithstanding the authorized location of this Streetery, nothing in this ordinance shall act as a waiver of any requirement of Section 9-215 of The Philadelphia Code for maintenance or use of a Streetery.

SECTION 4. Before exercising any rights or privileges under this Ordinance, Owners shall first obtain or have their contractor(s) obtain all required permits, licenses and approvals from all appropriate departments, boards, agencies or commissions. No such department, board, agency or commission shall be required to issue any such permit, licensor approval solely because this Ordinance has been enacted, it being the express intent of this Ordinance not t...
