Amending Section 9-605 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ‘Towing,’ by increasing the amount of the fine that a towing company must pay for improper clean-up of an accident scene; all under certain terms and conditions.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 9-605 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
