THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to Green Street Collaborative, L.P., P.O. Box 1367, Kulpsville, PA, 19443, owner of the property 2019-2023 Green Street, Philadelphia, PA, to construct, own and maintain a two (2) exterior step encroachment to be built in conjunction with a new four (4) story multi-family dwelling as follows:

Two (2) concrete steps are to be built on the north public footway of Green Street. Both steps are approximately eight feet (8') wide and project approximately ten feet (10') onto the public footway leaving twelve feet (12') of clear unobstructed footway. The approximate centerline location of each step is as follows: one hundred and sixty-nine feet (169') west of the west curbline of North 20th Street, and two hundred and five feet (205') west of the west curbline of North 20th Street.

SECTION 2. Before exercising any rights or privileges under this Ordinance, Green Street Collaborative, L.P. must first obtain all required permits, licenses and approvals from all appropriate departments, boards, agencies or commissions. No such department, board, agency or commission shall be required to issue any such permit, license or approval solely because this Ordinance has been enacted, it being the express intent of this Ordinance not to supersede any other provision of law governing the issuance of such permits, licenses or approvals. In addition, Green Street Collaborative, L.P. shall enter into an agreement ("Agreement") with the appropriate City department(s), satisfactory to the Law Department, which shall:
