WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia (hereinafter "Redevelopment Authority") has prepared and submitted an urban renewal plan and a redevelopment proposal for the redevelopment of the New Kensington - Fishtown Urban Renewal Area, (hereinafter "New Kensington - Fishtown"), which said plan and proposal were approved by Ordinance of the Council on June 13, 1997, as amended; and

WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority has prepared a redevelopment contract for a portion of the New Kensington - Fishtown, designated as Parcel No. 81B also sometimes identified by house number and street address as 2513-2519 East Firth street (hereinafter "Parcel"). The area of said Parcel is bounded as follows:

Disposition Parcel No. 81B (2519 East Firth street).

ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground located in the Thirty-first Ward of the City of Philadelphia with the buildings and improvements thereon erected being beginning at a point on the northeasterly side of Firth street (fifty feet wide) at the distance of thirty six feet northwestward from the northwesterly side of Almond street; Thence extending northwestward along the northeasterly side of Firth street a distance of forty two feet to a point; Thence extending northeastward at right angles to Firth street a distance of seventy feet to the southwesterly side of a three feet four inches wide alley; Thenc...
