Myrtlewood Street, 1332 N. 29th Street, 1339 N. Newkirk Street, 1416 N. Newkirk Street, 1632 N. Newkirk Street, 1634 N. 27th Street, 1648 N. 30th Street, 1652 N. 30th Street, 2712 Cecil B. Moore Avenue, 2714 Cecil B. Moore Avenue, 2810 Cecil B. Moore Avenue, 2838 Cecil B. Moore Avenue, 2922 W. Thompson Street, 607 N. 12th Street, 629 N. Camac Street, and 637 N. Camac Street in the Fifth Councilmanic District of the City of Philadelphia and further authorizing the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority to transfer to the Philadelphia Land Bank fee simple title to such properties pursuant to Section 16-405 of The Philadelphia Code.

WHEREAS, Section 16-405 of The Philadelphia Code authorizes the Commissioner of Public Property to transfer title to any surplus property to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority for subsequent transfer to the Philadelphia Land Bank or otherwise; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Commissioner of Public Property is hereby authorized to transfer to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority fee simple title to 1 Garrison Court, 1221 Ridge Avenue, 1227 Ridge Avenue, 1253 N. 30th Street, 1257 N. 30th Street, 1265 N. Dover Street, 1271 N. Dover Street, 1301 N. Dover Street, 1304 N. 29th Street, 1304 N. Dover Street, 1318 N. Dover Street, 1322 N. Dover Street, 1324 N. Myrtlewood Street, 1332 N. 29th Street, 1339 N. Newkirk Street, 1416 N. Newkirk Street, 1632 N. Newkirk Street, 1634 N. 27th Street, 1648 N. 30th Street, 1652 N. 30th Street, 2712 Cecil B. Moore...
