THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
 
SECTION 1.  Section 5 of Bill No. 070443 (approved by Council on June 14, 2007 and signed by the Mayor on July 3, 2007) is hereby amended to read as follows (additions in bold underscoring, deletions in strikethrough):
 
      “The permission granted to the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, Office for Community Development, to construct, own and maintain the raised planter clusters described in Section 1 shall expire without any further action by the City of Philadelphia if the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, Office for Community Development, has not entered into an Agreement and satisfied all requirements of the Agreement that are listed in Section 3 of this Ordinance within one (1) year two (2) years after this Ordinance becomes law.”
