THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

      SECTION 1.      Section 2 of Bill No. 040369 (which became law June 21, 2004), as amended by Bill No. 050189 (approved May 19, 2005), is further amended to read as follows:

            SECTION 2.      The provision of this Ordinance shall expire on December 31, 2005 June 30, 2006.
