THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to Vincent Cappello (Permittee), owner and operator of Vinny's Fruit and Produce, to permit overnight truck parking of his commercial vehicle located in the right-of-way on the north side of Dickinson Street between 9th and 10th Street, thus excepting the commercial vehicle of Vincent Cappello from Section 9-203(7)(k) and Section 12-901(3) of The Philadelphia Code, which prohibit the overnight truck parking of conveyances and commercial vehicles.

SECTION 2. Before exercising any rights or privileges under this Ordinance, Permittee must first obtain all required permits, licenses and approvals from all appropriate departments, boards, agencies or commissions, including, but not limited to, appropriate food establishment licensure pursuant to Section 6-301(4)(c) of the Philadelphia Code, appropriate street vendor licensure pursuant to Section 9-203(2) of The Philadelphia Code, the appropriate street vendor license plate, pursuant to Section 9-203(4) of The Philadelphia Code, and the appropriate weights and measures registrations required by Section 9-1400 of The Philadelphia Code. No such department, board, agency or commission shall be required to issue any such permit, license or approval solely because this Ordinance has been enacted, it being the express intent of this Ordinance not to supersede any other provision of law govern...
