Approving the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement of the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the New Kensington - Fishtown Urban Renewal Area, designated as Parcel No. 112 and also sometimes identified by house number and street address as 2007 Sepviva street; authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with Marguerite Hannah and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement.

WHEREAS, The Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority (hereinafter "Redevelopment Authority") has prepared and submitted an urban renewal plan and a redevelopment proposal for the redevelopment of the New Kensington - Fishtown Urban Renewal Area (hereinafter "New Kensington - Fishtown"), which said plan and proposal were approved by Ordinance of the Council on June 13, 1997, as amended; and
WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority has prepared a disposition supplement providing, inter alia, for development controls and regulations imposed upon the redeveloper; and
WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority has prepared a redevelopment contract for a portion of New Kensington - Fishtown, designated as Parcel No. 112 and also sometimes identified by house number and street address as 2007 Sepviva street (hereinafter "Parcel"). The area of said Parcel is bounded as follows:
Parcel No. 112 (2007 Sepviva street).
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground situated in the Thirty-first Ward of the City of Philadelphia beginning at a point on the easterly side of Sepviva street (fifty feet wide) at the distance of eighty-two feet three and five-eighths inches northwardly from the northerly side of Norris street (fifty feet wide); Containing in front or breadth on the said side of Sepviva street eighteen feet and extending in length or depth eastwardly between parallel lines at right angles to the said Sepviva street on the no...
