Transmitting a bill authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 298 by extending Almatt Place approximately 105', placing this extension of Almatt Place and a new cul-de-sac at the resultant dead-end turnaround, and striking and vacating those portions of the former cul-de-sac of Almatt Place lying outside the lines of the newly extended Almatt Place, under certain terms and conditions, including the dedication to the City, free and clear of all encumbrances, of the bed of Almatt Place extended.
