Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Zoning and Planning,” by adding certain definitions to Section 14-207 relating to the “R-11”, “R-11A”, “R-12” and “R-13” Residential Districts.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1.  Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

TITLE 14. ZONING AND PLANNING.

§14-207. “R-11”, “R-11A”, “R-12”, “R-13” Residential Districts.

1. Definitions.

1. Court.  Any court as defined in §14-102, extending to any open area of the lot;

1. Group Dwellings.  One or more structures intended for single family, two family, or multiple family occupancy on a lot;

1. Structure.  Any space enclosed within continuous walls.
