Approving the redevelopment contract of the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the Auburn Redevelopment Area identified by house number and street address as 2118 East Monmouth street; and authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with Ruth Ramos and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract.

WHEREAS, In accordance with the provisions of the Urban Redevelopment Law, being the Act of May 24, 1945, P.L. 991, as amended and supplemented, the City Planning Commission of the City of Philadelphia has on October 7, 1969 certified the Auburn Redevelopment Area as a redevelopment area and has completed a detailed redevelopment area plan for the Auburn Redevelopment Area dated October 7, 1969 (hereinafter "Auburn"); and
WHEREAS, The Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority (hereinafter "Redevelopment Authority") has prepared a redevelopment contract for a portion of Auburn, identified by house number and street address as 2118 East Monmouth street (the "Property"). The area of the Property is bounded as follows:
2118 East Monmouth street.
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground situated in the Twenty-fifth Ward of the City of Philadelphia beginning at a point on the southwesterly side of East Monmouth street (thirty feet wide) one hundred twenty-nine feet two inches southeastward from the southeasterly side of Amber street (fifty feet wide); Containing in front or breadth along the southwesterly side of the said Monmouth street fourteen feet four inches and extending of that width in length or depth between parallel lines at right angles to the said Monmouth street fifty feet one-eighth inches on the westerly line thereof and forty-nine feet ten inches on the easterly line thereof to the northeasterly side of a certain three feet six inches wide alley extending westward into the said Amber street.
