THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 11-404 of The Philadelphia Code, the Board of Surveyors of the Department of Streets is authorized to revise the lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 308 by:

(a) Relocating the northerly curb line of St. James street approximately three feet (3') northwardly, from West Washington Square to a point approximately one hundred sixteen feet (116') westwardly therefrom.

(b) Relocating the northerly curb line of St. James street approximately eleven feet six inches (11'6") northwardly from Eighth street to a point approximately one hundred thirty-six feet (136') eastwardly therefrom.

(c) Relocating the northerly house line of St. James street approximately six feet (6') northwardly from Eighth street to a point approximately one hundred thirty-six feet (136') eastwardly therefrom.

SECTION 2. This authorization is conditional upon compliance with the following requirements within one (1) year from the date this Ordinance becomes law:
