Their commitment to using traditional ingredients and preparation methods has earned them a well-deserved reputation for excellence; and
WHEREAS, Island Fritay has made significant contributions to the community by not only providing outstanding dining experiences but also by actively engaging in local events and supporting community initiatives. Their involvement has strengthened community bonds and enriched the cultural landscape of the area; and
