THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
 
SECTION 1. Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
 
§ 9-213. Farmers' Markets.

(7) Permissible Locations. Farmers' Markets at the following locations shall be permitted:

(gg) the sidewalk of the east side of South Broad Street between [Porter and Ritner]  Snyder and Jackson Streets.
