Approving the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the New Kensington - Fishtown Urban Renewal Area, designated as Parcel No. 81A also sometimes identified by respective house number and street address as 2511 East Firth street; authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with Linda F. Ingram and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement.

WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia (hereinafter "Redevelopment Authority") has prepared and submitted an urban renewal plan and a redevelopment proposal for the redevelopment of the New Kensington - Fishtown Urban Renewal Area, (hereinafter "New Kensington - Fishtown"), which said plan and proposal were approved by Ordinance of the Council on June 13, 1997, as amended; and
WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority has prepared a redevelopment contract for a portion of the New Kensington - Fishtown, designated as Parcel No. 81A also sometimes identified by respective house number and street address as 2511 East Firth street (hereinafter "Parcel"). The area of said Parcel is bounded as follows:
Parcel No. 81A (2511 East Firth street).
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground located in the Thirty-first Ward of the City of Philadelphia beginning at a point on the northeasterly side of Firth street (fifty feet wide) at the distance of seventy eight feet northwestward from the northwesterly side of Almond street; Thence extending northwestward along the northeasterly side of Firth street a distance of thirty six feet to a point; Thence extending northeastward at right angles to Firth street a distance of sixty nine feet to the southwesterly side of a three feet four inches wide alley; Thence extending southwestward along the southwesterly side of said all...
