WHEREAS, Chapter 16-400 of The Philadelphia Code relating to vacant property, grants the City the power to convey certain classes of real property to the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia, without consideration, to implement the public purpose set forth in that Chapter; and

WHEREAS, The Vacant Property Review Committee has recommended acceptance and disposition of the vacant properties listed below; now therefore

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA

SECTION 1. The Commissioner of Public Property is hereby authorized to execute and deliver to the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia, without consideration, deed conveying conditional fee simple title to 2730 Kensington avenue, 2950 North Lawrence street, 1611 Margaret street, 3033 North Orkney street, 1906 Orthodox street, 3116 North Percy street, 1726 Plum street, 2239 and 2241 North Reese street, 2829 North Swanson street, 4620 Tackawanna street, 2409 Waterloo street, 2728 North Waterloo street, 2766 North Waterloo street, 2952 North Waterloo street, 1623 North Third street, 1641 North Third street and 2956 North Third street pursuant to Chapter 16-400 of The Philadelphia Code, under certain terms and conditions.
