THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to Kate Osuala, owner of the property located at 1301 South Fifty-seventh street, Philadelphia, PA 19143, to construct, use and maintain a one (1) story garage addition on and over the south footway of Thomas street adjacent to the property 1301 South Fifty-seventh street that is approximately seventeen feet (17') wide, extends from a point approximately eighty-five feet (85') east of the east curb line of Fifty-seventh street to a point approximately one hundred and two feet (102') east of the east curb line of Fifty-seventh street, extends on and over the south footway of Thomas street a maximum distance of three feet (3') and leaves a clear footway on the south footway of Thomas street adjacent to 1301 South Fifty-seventh street of at least fourteen feet, eight inches (14'-8").

SECTION 2. Before exercising any rights or privileges under this Ordinance, Kate Osuala must first obtain all required permits, licenses and approvals from all appropriate departments, boards, agencies or commissions. No such department, board, agency or commission shall be required to issue any such permit, license or approval solely because this Ordinance has been enacted, it being the express intent of this Ordinance not to supersede any other provision of law governing the issuance of such permits, licenses or approvals. In addition, before exercising any rights or privileges under this Ordinance, Kate Osuala shall enter into an agreement ("Agreement") with the appropriate City department(s), in form satisfactory to the City Solicitor, to provide th...
