THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1.      Bill Number 030249 signed by the Mayor on July 31, 2003, is hereby repealed in its entirety.

SECTION 2.      This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
