Body

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

 

SECTION 1.      Pursuant to Section 11-304 of The Philadelphia Code, the Board of Surveyors of the Department of Streets is hereby authorized and directed to rename a certain street as follows:

 

a)      Changing of the name of NovaCare Way to Eagles Way.

 

SECTION 2.      This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
