THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
 
Section 1.    Section PM-303.0 of Subcode “PM” of Title 4 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended as follows:

SECTION PM-303.0 INTERIOR AREAS

PM-303.6   Posting of Information Regarding Responsibility for Property Maintenance.  The owner of every occupied premises shall maintain in a conspicuous place in either the main public area of the premises or other prominent location a posting at least six by eight (6 x 8) inches in size, setting forth:
  1. The name, address and telephone number of the person(s) or business
responsible for the maintenance and management of the building;
 
2.      The name, address and telephone number of any resident superintendent of the building.
 
Exception:  If the building is a one- or two-family dwelling, such notice need not be posted if the owner has furnished any tenants in the building with the information otherwise required to be posted.
