THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to the owners of the property identified below, currently, HUANG MING and CHENG CHIAO MING (the "Owners"), to install, own, and maintain an encroachment at the Property, as follows:
Encroachment Description
Property: 2655 S Juniper St, Philadelphia, PA 19148 d/b/a Avenue Steaks
Various encroachments including an existing canopy and proposed sidewalk caf? with a total of three (3) tables and twelve (12) seats located along the curb line of 2655 Juniper Street.
Canopy
An existing canopy made of permanent construction will be located along the curb line of 2655 Juniper Street and encroach a distance of fourteen feet seven inches (14'-7") towards the south along the north sidewalk of Oregon Avenue starting from a point approximately twelve feet one inch (12'-1") east of the Juniper Street east curbline to a point approximately twenty-eight feet ten inches (28'-10") farther east leaving a minimum of thirteen feet nine inches (13'-9") of clear unobstructed footway.
Sidewalk Cafe
A total of three (3) tables and twelve (12) seats for a sidewalk caf? will be located along the curb line of 2655 Juniper Street starting from a point approximately thirteen feet eight inches (13'-8") east of the Juniper Street east curbline to a point appropriately twenty feet seven inches (20'-7") farther east and will encroach upon the north footway of Oregon Avenue starting from a point approximately four feet (4'-0") north of the north curb line to a point approximately five feet (5'-0") farther north leaving a minimum nine feet (9'-0") of clear unobstructed footway.
