THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2005 from the Grants Revenue Fund to the Special Gasoline Tax Fund.
