THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1.      Section 2 of the Ordinance (Bill No. 050418) approved December 1, 2005 is hereby repealed in its entirety.

SECTION 2.      This Ordinance shall become effective immediately.
