Authorizing Snow White Restaurant dba Revolution House, 200 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106 to construct, own and maintain a seating platform in the right-of-way at 200 Market Street, under certain terms and conditions.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to Snow White Restaurant dba Revolution House to construct, own and maintain a right-of-way encroachment as follows:
Encroachment Description
A seating platform will be placed on the existing west footway of South 2nd Street beginning approximately fifty-eight feet (58') south of the south curbline of Market Street and ending approximately eighty-eight feet (88') south of the south curbline of Market Street. The platform will encroach approximately five feet - six inches (5'6") onto the west footway of South 2nd Street leaving approximately six feet - six inches (6'6") of unobstructed sidewalk.
SECTION 2. Before exercising any rights or privileges under this Ordinance, Snow White Restaurant dba Revolution House must first obtain or have its contractor(s) obtain all required permits, licenses and approvals from all appropriate departments, boards, agencies or commissions. No such department, board, agency or commission shall be required to issue any such permit, license or approval solely because this Ordinance has been enacted, it being the express intent of this Ordinance not to supersede any other provision of law governing the issuance of such permits, licenses or approvals. In addition, before exercising any rights or privileges under this Ordinance, Snow White Restaurant dba Revolution House shall enter into an agreement ("Agreement") with the appropriate City department or departments, satisfactory to the City Solicitor, to provide that Snow White Restaurant dba Revolution House, shall, inter alia:
