Amending Section 5 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 000259), entitled "An Ordinance granting permission to Chestnut Hill Academy, 500 Willow Grove avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19148, to construct, use and maintain one water distribution line, one sleeve with two telecommunication conduits and one spare sleeve under and across Willow Grove avenue, east of Cherokee street; all under certain terms and conditions," by extending the period for compliance with the authorization conditions therein.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 5 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 000259) is hereby amended to read as follows:
SECTION 2. The permission granted to Chestnut Hill Academy to construct, use and maintain one water distribution line, one sleeve with tow telecommunication conduits and one spare sleeve under and across Willow Grove avenue, east of Cherokee street shall expire without any further action by the City of Philadelphia if Chestnut Hill Academy has not entered into the Agreement and satisfied all requirements of the Agreement that are listed in Section 2 [within one (1) year after this ordinance becomes law] by December 31, 2002.
