Transmitting a bill authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 305 by Placing on the City Plan Edgemont Street from Juniata Street to Berkshire Street, at the distance of approximately 235' northwest of Salmon Street, under certain terms and conditions, including the dedication to the City, free and clear of all encumbrances, of the bed of Edgemont Street, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Streets Commissioner.
