Title
Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to execute and deliver to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development, for nominal consideration, a deed conveying fee simple title to a certain tract of City-owned land with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate in an area generally located at the intersection of Wheatsheaf Lane and Sepviva Street for further conveyance at fair market value.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. The Commissioner of Public Property is hereby authorized to execute and deliver to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development, for nominal consideration, a deed conveying fee simple title to the following described tract of ground for further conveyance at fair market value with net proceeds to be returned to the General Fund:
BEGINNING at a point, said point being the following four (4) courses and distances from the intersection of the northwesterly side of Aramingo avenue (108 feet wide) and the northerly side of Consolidated Rail Corporation, formerly the Pennsylvania and New Jersey railroad: 1) North 55°20'01" West, 401.344 feet; 2) partially through a 60 foot wide drainage easement, North 19°16'57" East, 30.677 feet; 3) partially through and partially along the southwesterly side of said easement, North 64°34'23" West, 451.354 feet; 4) along said easement and along a curve to the left having a radius of 4243.917 feet, an arc length of 435.083 feet and a chord bearing and distance of North 67°22'57" West 434.892 feet. Thence, from said point of beginning, South 58°53'37" West, 83.726 feet to a point on the easterly side of Wheatsheaf Lane (70 feet wide); Thence, along same, North 27°23'33" West, 92.723 feet to a point; Thence, along a non-tangent curve to the right having a radius of 4243.917 feet, the long chord of which bears South 71°08'07" East for a distance of 120.838, an arc length of 120.842 feet to the point of beginning.
