THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

      SECTION 1.  Section 9-205 of the Philadelphia Code, relating to Sidewalk Sales and vending is amended to read as follows:

§9-205 Sidewalk Sales

1. Prohibited conduct. No person or vendor shall:

            (p) exhibit, display, offer for sale or sell any goods, wares or merchandise or place or allow any stand to remain on the sidewalks of the following streets or any other location which Council shall from time to time ordain:

      SECTION 2.  This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
