THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

      SECTION 1.      The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2001 within the Water Fund.

Purchase of Services      $      492,112

      Materials, Supplies and Equipment             212,772

      Total      $      704,884
