THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
Section 1. Permission is hereby granted to the owner of the property identified below or the owner's designee (the "Owner"), to install, own, and maintain an open air sidewalk caf? at 941 S. 8th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19147 (the "Property") ], as follows, subject to all restrictions set forth in this ordinance:
Encroachment Description:
A sidewalk caf? located as follows, with a minimum six feet (6'-0") of clear passable sidewalk space is to remain after installation of each part identified below:
Part 1:
From a point approximately seven feet (7'-0") north of the Carpenter Street north Right-of-Way line to a point approximately seven feet nine inches (7'-9") farther north and encroaching upon the east footway of South 8th Street approximately three feet seven inches (3'-7") toward the west.
Part 2:
From a point approximately one foot (1'-0") north of the Carpenter Street north Right-of-Way line to a point approximately eighteen feet (18'-0") farther north and encroaching upon the east footway of South 8th Street, starting from a line offset approximately six inches (0'-6") east of the east curb line and extending approximately three feet (3'-0") farther east.
Part 3:
From a point approximately seven feet seven inches (7'-7") east of the South 8th Street east Right-of-Way line to a point approximately twenty-nine feet three inches (29'-3") farther east and encroaching upon the north footway of Carpenter Street approximately three feet seven inches (3'-7") toward the south.
Part 4:
From a point approximately zero feet (0'-0") east of the South 8th Street east Right-of-Way line to a point approximately thirty-eight feet seven inches (38'-7") farther east and encroaching upon the north Footway of Carpenter Street, starting from a line offset approximately six ...
