Transmitting a resolution approving the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the West Philadelphia Redevelopment Area identified by house numbers and street addresses as 934, 942, 1000 & 1045 Belmont avenue; 4216 West Girard avenue; 4219, 4220 & 4231 Pennsgrove street; and 877, 883, 85 & 926 North Forty-second street; authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with Belmont Affordable Housing VI, Limmited Partnership and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Executive Director of the Redevelopment Authority.
